There were scenes of consternation on $LOCATION last night, following the official announcement of wide-scale cuts in police funding. The fear is that Black Market racketeers, already very active, will find it much easier to peddle their wares, and fewer police patrols will mean smugglers will find it much easier to land and take-off on the planet.
