Luckily there aren't too many enemies to face and your forces outnumber them. Once you reach Nav 2 simply tell Dekker to bring in the Kilrathi, take out the enemies, then wait for the shuttles to dock before heading home.

Comments : I don't think you need to succeed in dropping off Melek to move on- which this guide says you do. General: on the nightmare difficulty levels, the arrows can cloak- so take care in guarding the shuttles if you want to save the Cats (I don't)
