Lynch Mission 1
If you want Roman Lynch to help you, you need to perform a few tasks for him. The first on his list is delivering a message. Naturally, things aren't quite that simple.

Seelig attacks you when you've finished communicating with him. His Talon shouldn't be a problem though, you'll have faced dozens by now.
Lynch Mission 2
To keep Lynch sweet, you need to fly another mission. This one slightly more risky. Lynch warns you that Kroiz may try to stop you, and sure enough, he tries.

Lynch Mission 3
A third mission.. this one quite risky. Flying Lynch's cousin Regis to Romulus mining base and far from where Confed can get to him. High risk, high pay.

Lynch tells you that a man named Smythe is being held on Liverpool mining base in Newcastle system. You need to go fetch him. But where is Miggs?...

Fly to Liverpool Mining Base in Newcastle system and rescue Smythe.

Its a trap. Lynch has sent Miggs to steal your artifact. Blow up Miggs and his 3 pirate buddies, and carry on to Liverpool.
No "Smythe" on Liverpool either. But Lynch said something about Oxford having information. Your best bet is to head to Oxford base in Oxford system and talk to Masterson.

Comments : If you don't want to fight Kroiz in mission 2, there are 2 ways into the system, meet him at one, then jump out and head in the other with no trouble. You can make it easily in 6 jumps.

Comments : When I failed to deliver the cargo Lynch said he didn't want my services anymore and left, now I don't know what to do next! I've been to Oxford and I can't even get in the Library yet.

You don't have to shoot at Seelig, just talk to him and jump back out, the Mission is done.

Comments : 1) No you don't have to shoot at Seelig, but how hard could it be to knock down one Talon?
2) Kroiz and his two buds are so easy to kill - just fly towards them and they'll smash into an asteroid and get killed without you having to do anything.
