sure there can be some errors in a movie...but what i ment, it was a render sequence. i really dont remember a film where there was an error in a rendered sequence. i dont think that would happen in a bigger production. the guy that screwed that would be blamed for that...

i think it's completly different...the midway is the military, strategic and science station, not the Vesuvius. that's why the midway was able to handle the whole fleet of the aliens. they could analyse them faster because they have the much better science team and equipment. they could plan...

midway IS better....

yeah but it is not because you are not there to defend the midway with the other pilots, it's because you mostly couldn't destroy some suply ships of the N in a mission before so the fleet was too strong.

thats not completly right. maybe in some mission but if you get killed you are dead and so you cant see how the midway can fight on without you...

much overrated.... the V is a warship, the midway is a full military and strategic base. thats why it could handle a complete N fleet...i dont think that the V could do the same thing. btw the midway could stand against the N warships including the Tiamat which had also MUCH more fighters...

hmm ok...i had a bad memory about the amount of the fighters of the Vesuvius... but: look LeHah, you call this a "slight" andvantage. what are 400 fighters good for if you cant get them out soon enough (all of midway's fighters are always 100 % ready to get shot out if there is a need for it)...

ehhmm... the Midway can carry up to 250 fighters and has also enough equipment for the 1500 marines on board, this makes a crew of 6000 people... I don't think that your Vesuvius can stand up against the Midway in any way. the midway has the same shields as a military base. well, Vesuvius...

yeah, dralthi is right, the darker atmosphere is good in 3 and 4. the comic like 1 and 2 couldnt make that....

thats the coolness about wing commander 3 onwards, its a real interactive movie...

panthers are also very cool. they can turn and roll better then vampires.
