VF-489 Black Leopards Squadron

The Black Leopards were a Vaktoth squadron based on the FRLS Mjollnir. They were commanded by Commander Charles Robertson until he was killed during the Battle of Baka Kar. He was replaced by Lieutenant Commander Ileana Constantine.

This squadron was comprised of seven Vaktoths and one Strakha. Commander Robertson was flying the Strakha when he shot down by point defense turrets on a Kilrathi cruiser.
