Cat's Paw
GameSetWatch has posted a story about Richard Garriott's Video Game Archive fundraiser, held last week in Austin. It sounds like quite an event, of the sort that only Lord British can pull off. Beyond being hosted and attended by a number of veteran Wing Commander developers, the fundraiser itself involved our series! Apparently one of the items auctioned was one of Prince Thrakhath's paws, donated by the Origin Museum... and it went for $600! Awesome! They even have a picture (the article incorrectly identifies it as being from the movie - it's from Wing Commander III):

A Higher Claw
Joe Garrity of the Origin Museum was kind enough to send us some photos from the Kilrathi claw auction at the aforementioned Video Game Archive fundraiser. The museum donated Thrakhath's claw and a collection of Ultima Underworld sketches to raise money for the archive project - and it sounds like everything went very well! Both items are pictured below:
