Over at IGN for Men they do a lot of weird stuff. One of their activities is a schedule of how to maximize the amount of female and female nudity viewing on tv. The Canadian CBC show Undercurrents did a feature on Origin and Ultima Online this weekend. They focused on the alternate lives people lead in the game and introduced a couple that got married in real life after meeting in the game. The report brought to light how many people spend 20 to 30 hours playing the game each week, which makes it a serious investment of time and possibly money. No wonder UO characters can go for thousands of dollars on eBay. There's a little write-up on the piece here.
