Hi! Copying all CD's to hard drive works great after I figured out that you need to edit CD.DAT to reflect the CD number appropriate for where you are in the game. Otherwise missions are not available.

Back when I used to think the kill board really ment something, I used to try and see how many I could rack up in this mission, WITHOUT loosing any wingmen. for the best score you keep them as long as you can and then send them back to base just before they would have died anyway.
