- If there's a Nav Point that has to be defended, but don't have the numbers to do it, you might want to consider Pulsar Snarls Communications. Keep one fighter there (Support would be useless) and if two fighters try to take you down, it'll be a little bonus for you. It is a little bonus however, you might not deem it useful enough to take a slot in your deck. If you see a need for this effect to last a long time, then a Modifier is for you. Otherwise, a simple "Shift in Battle" card will neutralize it. Think about how much you'll actually use the card before it goes in your deck.
