Chris Knudsen has posted a few more shots from Privateer Ascii Sector. He's completed work on the nav computer, and like the rest of the game, it looks and functions remarkably similar to the original design. Weapons programming is also complete. Missiles and torpedoes work about the same as they did in Privateer, but the Friend or Foe projectile will take over for the Image Recognition missile.
I haven't decided on how to do the autopilot, yet. I'm leaning towards just showing the progress on the system map (i.e. the white dot representing your ship will move towards your destination), but I'm not sure... Any suggestions?
