Krant, Jalthi, Vaktoth. I was shot out of enough fighters by Krants and Jalthi to have respect for them (Khajja always seemed to have my number), and the aesthetic of the Vaktoth design appeals to me in a big way.

I haven't the Price of Freedom handy, nor can I recall if it's mentioned in that book, but did the Black Lance's shadow campaign extend to the Landreich, or was it directed only at the Border Worlds, ConFed, and Kilrathi?

IIRC TIE Fighter correctly, the Light Cruiser was designated the MC40. It also appeared in the hands of several third-party factions, suggesting the Mon Calamari sold the design to any interested buyer.

In SotC's defense, the game really picks up steam once you reach the fifth Colossus. It's then becomes far more difficult (which translates into entertainment to me) to even get onto the Collosi to kill them. Really, the first three are the most mundane of the bunch.

Hmm, if memory serves, you have to use select + the L button to switch modes on the left-hand screen, and then one of the other buttons (X maybe? It's been years) to lock onto a target once it registers on the display.
