Yo Guys.. i'm new around here but i'm not a new pilot of the confederation.. i had played all the wcs like u all do...

recently i got snes wing commander 1... but i dun have any idea on locking an enemy ship like in computer version... anyone noe the control? it's not listed in wcnews.com... help ~~

I believe there's just one targeting mode, and it's similar to being locked on. I don't believe you have to do anything further to lock and fire missiles.
 
Hmm, if memory serves, you have to use select + the L button to switch modes on the left-hand screen, and then one of the other buttons (X maybe? It's been years) to lock onto a target once it registers on the display.
