Proactive Sensor Affector

The Proactive Sensor Affector is a technology capable of reprogramming incoming missiles while in flight. In 2790, it was used in the Siren class of Decoy Mk. II. The technology was called "revolutionary" by Alec Trofobe in New decoy proves a success.
