Audio recording of the "missing" Hobbes Funeral cutscene from Wing Commander 3. You might be thinking such a scene does not exist because Hobbes is slated to defect and is virtually invulnerable before that point. However disecting the game reveals there is such a clip. And it is actually accessable through the course of the game. If you lose quickly and often in the very beginning of WC3, you'll be sent to the Proxima/Sol series in short order. Everyone is vulnerable there, and if you lose fast enough, Hobbes will have yet to defect. If he dies there the funeral clip is available. Agora made an mp3 of the scene.
