Downing Quadrant

The Downing Quadrant lies in the Vega Sector and consists of the Elohim, Gimle, G'wrikath, Hawkins, Hyperion, K'n'Meth, K'n'Rek, Kurasawa, Loki, Mylon, N'Dele, Nephele, Nifelheim, Rostov, Segallion, Tyr, Venice and Ymir systems.

In March of 2654 the Confederation/Kilrathi border ran through the quadrant.
