About	Ambassador Vak'ga was the Kilrathi Empire's envoy to the Confederation during the Armistice, or as it came to be known later, the False Peace. He is present for Admiral's Geoffery Tolwyn's court martial for destroying a Kilrathi carrier after the ceasefire was declared, and later pressed Kilrathi demands that Tolwyn should have been executed. He also demanded that raiders from the Landreich and the other frontier worlds be suppressed, and that the Firekkans be forced to apologise for their statements that the Kilrathi could not be trusted. At the same time, he helped the Kilrathi drag their feet over implementing their side of the agreement. In reality, Vak'ga was on Earth for a much more sinister purpose. His sons had all been killed in the early 2660s. He was the last of his line, and when he died, his hrai would die with him. As a result, he was eager for revenge on the Confederation, and had been recruited by Prince Thrakhath for a plot that was would achieve exactly that. Vak'ga had a detonator and antimatter explosives buried in his chest cavity. As the Kilrathi began their surprise assault, he received a coded transmission that ordered him to activate the plan. He then requested a meeting with the Confederation Chiefs Of Staff and some of the Fleet's admirals to discuss border violations and incidents with the Landreich. At the meeting, Vak'ga blew himself up, taking with him five admirals, seven generals, and over 130 other key personell. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Admiral Wayne Banbridge, was among those killed. Of the Joint Chiefs, only the Marine general Duke Grecko survived, and he only did so because he had stormed out of the meeting. Vak'ga's revenge almost decapitated the Confederation military, leaving the Confederation even more vulnerable to the Kilrathi offensive.
