WCCIC Review
- Hard-Luck is a wonderful card. He'd be a bit expensive for just a +1 ordinarily, but the Medal Point lets you +1 to any stat. That's a really nice ability. Plus, you can "tap" him in the Ready Area to bring out cards with Medal Point requirements. Sometimes you really need more than a +1, that's fine, but there should always be a useful Hard-Luck
