Accord is the fourth planet in the Alliance system.
James Taggart once flew a patrol mission over Accord. During this mission four Kilrathi Salthi fighters attacked them with the sun at their backs. It was during this mission that the then lieutenant discovered a flaw with the Salthi. Due to the way the fighters engines and ducts are arranged, the fighter is forced to turn to the left.
Taggart told this story to Christopher Blair in the TCS Tiger's Claw rec room on 2654.110 with the advice that whenever you tail a Salthi, expect it to break left.
