I managed to get the sound to kinda work by looking through past posts, but the music is terrible and the only way it works is if I install under General MIDI. And usually a few min into the game, the sound makes weird noises, etc. Any way this can be fixed?

Well here is a realistic example: the NASA space shuttle has two wings and a tail fin. So it does make sense to have wings on a spaceship. And I believe the wings are used to help steer the shuttle when it is gliding in for landing.

The Rapier was far too weak in WC2. The armor is just awful, and the shields are pretty low.
