Major Edmond was the communications officer aboard the TCS Concordia, and considered the best communications specialist in the sector.
In 2663 Major Edmond was Comm Officer on the TCS Kirsk. During a mission in the Hell's Kitchen system trying to sneak past enemy patrols to destroy a Kilrathi starbase, the Kilrathi started using a new code. Major Edmond didn't unscramble the code correctly and she thought that the Kilrathi hadn't detected the Kirsk yet. The Kilrathi were aware of the Kirsk and launched an attack resulting in the loss of two thousand people. Major Edmond was forced to spend six months in a burn ward having her face rebuilt.
In 2667, Edmond transfers temporarily to the Special Operations branch and the Grimalkin to assist in locating the Mandarin base of Ayer's Rock. |
