The TCS Juneau was a Confederation cruiser. It repelled the Kilrathi incursion into the Landreich by the KIS Karga and its escorts in 2669. The Juneau and the Dover were part of a Confederation task force operating in the Border Worlds to defend against any Kilrathi raiders.
After Dover's destruction, it had to go on one one with the Karga. The Juneau was heavily damaged and some of the bridge crew was injured. The Juneau lost maneuvering so when the KIS Karga threatened to intercept the Juneau, the crew evacuated in lifepods. The Juneau was destroyed by the Karga's batteries before it could be intercepted. |
