Which is your...?

The Claw used some kind of pinging device to detect where the enemy destroyer was when it was hiding on the asteroid.

um, uh, really?!!?!?

i meant that their technique wasnt exactly state of the art 27th century technology for anyone not looking any deeper than what they can see in the movie.

Uhm... it uses futuristic space sensors to detect futuristic space ships... that's about as futuristic as you can get. :)

the submarine thing probably came from the use of torpedos and they way it played almost like a submarine movie
batteries are running low sir
fire torpedos on my mark

But lots of things carry torpedos... especially destroyers... saying that the Tiger's Claw is a submarine because it carries torpedoes is like saying that something is a platypus because it has fur.

How about TORPEDO boats?! *lol*

But come on, LOAF... Even CR himself said he wanted it to feel like a sub movie, I believe he said that he was after the same feeling as in "Das Boot"...

By the way, the USS Nautilus, the first nuclear sub in the world had the identification number 571... U-571 ;)
