EA did a lil better than breaking even with WCIV, which had a budget of $20 mil. WC had a budget of $1 mil. In the end, though WCIV was more expensive, more units were shipped since they did a little better than their budget.
I said "as the games got bigger & better". I doubt there are many that would argue that WCP was bigger/better than WC4. Yes, it may have had some improved features, though I can't think of any at the moment, but it was still obviously scaled down from WC4.
