To get back to the original question in this post-- The Kilrathi in the movie: I dislike them for many reasons, but there's one reason I like them. They have lips. It always bothered me that the Kilrathi didn't seem to have lips. How could they speak english without lips?

Dixon Hill was fun. The Robin Hood episode was an entirely shameless attempt at marketing off the fact that 'Prince of Thieves' was really popular at the time.
