To try and help out I'm going to consult a teacher at my university I'm at and see if they can offer any ideas about where models like this can be made. If this person doesn't know I'm all out of ideas.
I don’t have news yet. There was a problem with the STL file and my friend asked me to send another one. But for what I’ve seen in other posts here it seems there are better (cheaper) options than this one so I guess it’s meaningless to continue.
