Also, the meaning of 'wing' seems to vary... in some games it's equivilant to element... in some the Wing is the entire ship's compliment, in some it's a squadron...

I believe a Squadron is comprised of several Flights ... or is that just the British?

Flight Leader, or Wing Leader would probably be a more appropriate name for the game, since that is the role you usually fill.
