Second, the section on the Nephilim says "In 2681, the Nephilim launched the first of several attacks on the Terran Confederation", which suggest there were attacks after 2681. Is there any documentation that talks about assaults after SO? If so, when did they happen, and what were the results?

The first attack would be the one detailed in Wing Commander Prophecy, out of the wormhole based in the Kilrah system. The second attack would be the one detailed in SOP. The fiction for SOP includes (iirc) Senate Transcripts that talk about how energy traces believed to be Nephilim in origin have been detected in two or three additional locations. Thus, all hints are that there were a string of Nephilim attacks in rapid succession (although we won't know for certain until such time as an SOP follow-up is published).

Regarding the FAQ: Looks good. No mention of nebulas, or that they can be used to cloak a jump point (question for anyone who might know the answer - has there been any information provided that hints at what might happen if a starship attempted to use a cloaked jump point?).

Sorry for going back to the poll, but some of the latter selections are... shall we say, creative? :)

Using a cloaked jump point

The jump point is always there, thus you can jump thru it if it is accurately in your starcharts.

the what.

From a game called "The Journeyman Project" plus is two sequals. Which essentaly is a Myst style game eg interactive video interface but with more interaction with the surroundings and characters plus you get to blow some stuff up. :)

And why would two Confed ships attack each other, fer cryin out loud?
And I don't buy that light humor stuff, it't not really funny. Or I don't have a sense for humor...:)

theoretically it could happen.

when tolwin took over the Claw, the col. and the capt. get a nervous breakdown b/cause, tolwin is a huge jackass and gnaw his to death, the Claw then goes thru what the creator of this thread calls a "wormhole" to me i think they probably lost "temporal synch" and started jumping ahead in time.

WHat was that stuff about IFF codes? If somebody managed to change these codes on a confed ship, would another confed ship attack them do you reckon?

If I may jump in.

If u would cruise into friendly space with the WRONG Iff code, they would surely scramble a wing of fighters to "take a look".

I do not think they would use their entire fleet for something as trivial as this, they wont shoot first and ask questions later. They probably would be VERY careful and not risk anything.

Because if your in a confed fighter with the wrong code, the scrambled fighters WILL notice that, and they will investigate first.

I think however that if you where a Kilrathi and flying into kilrathi space with wrong codes....BOOM

:D

Did COnfed ever capture more than a kilrathi fighter?

The Confederation recieved a defecting Fralthi class cruiser in 2654, the same one Ralgha Nar Hhallas commanded.

If the loadout and cofiguration of this cruiser was correct, the Fralthi should carry about 20 fighters. Dralthi's I think....

Technically, that Fralthi was configured as a light carrier. A normal Fralthi-class cruiser doesn't carry any fighters at all.

Yup..

Yup...The Dralthis used in SM1, or was it SM2? maybe both, where from that Fralthi. At least thats how I understood it.

Theres a mission in WCI where you escort a captured Ralai that was being used as a troop transporter.

and Sirith, we have seen what happens if you transmit inproper identity codes in WCAtv where Maverick and Grunt tried to slip past the Kilrathi fleet to Dolos in a captured Sartha (they got shot down)

Maniac Overlay

I voted for the two Maniacs duking it out and ending the known universe. Like my subject says, it'd be a "Maniac Overlay."

*WHOOSH!!*
