About	On 2670.275 in the large auditorium of Sector HQ, a Kilrathi delegation signed the Treaty of Torgo, officially ending the war. The treaty converted the initial cease-fire into a lasting peace. Present for the signing are James Taggart, William Eisen, Geoffrey Tolwyn, Kevin Tolwyn and Melek. The Treaty left quite a few loopholes. So many that some, like Vance Richards, fear the Kilrathi will be back as strong as ever in one or two decades. The treaty is also known as the Treaty of Ko-bar Yagar. Ko-bar Yagar is the Kilrathi name for the Torgo System. They captured it near the end of the war, and are yet to pull out. The media call it the Treaty of Ko-bar Yagar for the sake of "the dignity of the Kilrathi people."
