The APSP is a sensor pod that carries cameras, imaging systems and various surveillance gear. It is useful in longe range scans or when identifying a target from an atmosphere.
The APSP can be mounted on most fighters, in exchange for a few missile slots. In the case of the Hornet, two missiles are exchanged for an APSP.
The Mark VI APSP was the current model as of 2670.313. |
