About	Colonel Dulbrunin was Wing Commander on the TCS Victory. Sticking to the administrative side of the position, Dulbrunin only flew on magnum launch. He had selected Todd Marshall to be his Executive Officer. Dulbrunin was killed in action shortly before Ralgha nar Hhallas transferred to the TCS Victory. Normally Todd Marshall would have succeeded him as Wing Commander, but the Kilrathi had seniority. Ralgha soon asked to be replaced, and Christopher Blair was transferred in and appointed Wing Commander.
