Timothy Bell is the best around when it comes to all-around marksmanship. He is fond of old-fashioned projectile weapon since in his teenage years he hired out as a shark sharpshooter off the coast of Korea.
"Lasers don't bother sharks. They mostly bounce off the water and even if you hit one, it doesn't slow them down much. You've got to rip it up a little."
