considering that few of us would be able to get any of the actors i assumed that the person that would do this would use different actors or text briefings :)

Huh? Can't remember that. Was that in the original or the Gold manual? I have the Singapore ICIS manual, BTW.
 
It's in the Install Guide - not the ICIS manual or the flight manual - of the original version. I don't know about Gold.

Have they killed Eisen off in the game yet, or are Origin content to just let the character be active in some far flung part of the Confederation where no-one'll ever find him?

It's just that usually people don't get carriers named after them until at least a couple of years after their death.
 
Its pretty safe to assume that Eisen has died by the time of SO. Its not like they can save the character to use him again at some point.
 
I think LOAF said that Eisen died a few years after WC4. o.O;;;
 
a lot can be done with computer animated graphics nowadays... in memoriam of Jason Bernard.
Cheaper than hiring the rest of the WCIV crew as well. Just wondering about the legal aspects...
 
I think he was proposing a CGI rendering of Eisen in future WCs, if he was needed, but Eisen is supposed to have retired and passed away in the WCU anyway, I think.

Still, I believe they were considering CG cutscenes for the next WC.
