Hehe, that's not far for the truth ! :p

Anyway, the Transformer live action movie is still in very very early stages of development so anything can still happend with it... including, as LOAF said, the possibility that it'll never exist.
 
and then there are movies which are apparently so bad tha´t the run for such a short time that it looks like they don't even exist(alone in the dark was in theatres for a week here)
