I just want to know that not every new PC really has a AGP port. I have an P500 from a no-name company that has a tnt2m64 chip onboard and no AGP external port (my new P900 has a AGP port, however).Originally posted by RFBurns
Most systems from the PII and up use AGP ports. But it should have PCI slots in there as well. You can always disable or remove that AGP card and get a PCI card and use that instead. Chances are, if your HP is less than a year old, its using an AGP graphics card.
