I would assume they do. They have a religion and preistesses and such, and music isn't very far from chanting and poetry.

I still don't see why everyone wants to make a big deal about Jar-Jar. So you don't like him, who cares? Before Jar-Jar, there were the Ewoks. Before the Ewoks, there was C-3P0 and R2-D2. I'm sure the list can go on.
