It was revenge on the window's part. I uninstall windows awhile ago when my cd drive died because it was corrupted. I was going to reinstall it then... Bam

I like the idea of a privateer 3 game, I just hope you do not need a nasa supercomputer to be able to play it!

Well, I doubt any real recent game would use a NASA computer as most of the ones on the shuttle are 386 chip based. Talk about your cutting edge

I think they're upgrading Hubble to a 486 in year or two.

Anything NASA puts in space uses older processors because they can be shielded against radiation -- whereas newer, more complex ones cannot. That's why the shuttle continues to use 8086 processors.

As I only have a 500Mhz athlon processor and a small 2Gig HD, I was just hoping that thay would make it a small, not so power hungry game!
About the shuttle, that figures!
And NASA in general, well I did not know that! Does make sense though!
And as long as they do not come up with the bright idea of creating a computer AI like Skynet to control everything, that will be fine!
