I guess I never got any new descriptions of how the "professional sadists," as Hunter called them, sobered up the drunks. As for the question about the green goop, read Freedom Flight.
 
The pill was an antihangover pill...not an anti-drunkeness pill. I never even saw the green goop! What scene was it in?
 
Like I said, it was in Freedom Flight. As far as I know, it wasn't in the game. Hunter went on a flaming bender on Firekka, and got recalled to the Claw preparatory to intercepting the Ras Nik'hra.
