Kilrathi Occupied Worlds

What worlds did the Kilrathi take from the Confederation and occupy? What are the dates of the occupations and any other info on the occupations? (again for the project I'm working on)

Short answer, we don't know - remember that only one Wing Commander story has actually been set in the first two decades of the war. There's plenty of room to play around: Action Stations ends with the Kilrathi capturing 153 systems... and I think the only one we know the name of is Primus.

Using the Universe Map, Action Stations, and some of the other resources from www.wcnews.com, I came up with some evidence of Occupied Systems. Of course there's no guarantee of if or when most of these systems were occupied by opposing forces.

Kilrathi Occupied Systems
From Action Stations (2634):

Primus III: More's world (Primus III: couldn't find it on the map though) was behind enemy lines. Also 153 Systems were lost, "outer worlds" of the Landreich were smashed into rubble, and Kilrathi forces were held in front of the Hell Hole (Capitol of the Landreich, not sure which system this is on the map). Fawcett's world is "2 jump points inside the Kilrathi Empire".

30% of Terran Industrial Capacity was lost, 40% of strategic resources, 28 billion citizens were behind enemy lines and doomed to slavery or death.

From the "Universe Map":
I'm not sure what date this map is but here are worlds with Terran sounding names which are listed as Kilrathi occupied systems. Granted this isn't proof, but I would consider it evidence:

Aloysis, Freya, Hyperion, Warhammer, Hawkins, Border Zone, Midgard, Jotunheim, Charon, Vigrid, Corsair, Bifrost, Anchorage, Asgard, Pisces, Landreich 1 (1), Seti Beta, Valgard, Hallin, Dolos, Fawcett's World, Vordan, Landreich 3 (1), Landreich 3 (2), and Dioscuri

Confed/UBW/Landreich Occupied Systems

Systems from the same "Universe Map":
These are systems that have Kilrathi sounding names but are listed as occupied by Confed:

Tr'Pakh, Sumn-Kp'ta, Mah'Rahn, Venice (also listed as Kharak Tar), Kursawa (also listed as Warach Tha), and Repleetah (was neutral?)

Thanks NinjaLA, I didn't think I would have to do this much research, but the more I dig into it, the more I find out about that era. Here's another potential occupation story I found:

2639.006+: A Kilrathi carrier group attacks and destroys an agricultural colony in the Hellespont System, Vega Sector, an unarmed settlement of assimilated Pilgrims. 82,000 humans are either killed or enslaved in the attack. About 12 hours later, a similar force attacks the shipping port of Tartarus, but that colony is able to hold out until reinforcements arrive from Brimstone Naval Station, and the Kilrathi withdraw after 48 hours of heavy fighting. The escalation of hostilities did not catch Confed totally by surprise, and within a week they are able to launch a punitive counter-offensive centered on the K’nT’qal System, Kilrath Sector. Kilrathi defenses hold, but the action provides time to fully implement wartime defenses on all border colonies, using ships originally built for the two Grand Fleets of the Pilgrim Wars. WCCH

It looks like there probably wouldn't be time for my main character to participate in both engagements.

BTW Ninja, I tried to click on your WC comic website, but the "welcome to the gallery.." statement stays in the way when I click on the links- not sure if it's just my computer, but I thought I'd let you know.

Primus III: More's world (Primus III: couldn't find it on the map though) was behind enemy lines. Primus is on there somewhere, but I'm probably going to go back and remove all the stuff I added to the WCU Map... just list it separately somewhere. Hell Hole is listed by its proper name, Buford's World.

Edit: Primus is in the Deneb Quadrant (Epsilon Sector) on that map.

I'm not sure what date this map is but here are worlds with Terran sounding names which are listed as Kilrathi occupied systems. Granted this isn't proof, but I would consider it evidence:

The map is dated 2680, 11 years after the end of the Terran-Kilrathi War.

Aloysis, Freya, Hyperion, Warhammer, Hawkins, Border Zone, Midgard, Jotunheim, Charon, Vigrid, Corsair, Bifrost, Anchorage, Asgard, Pisces, Landreich 1 (1), Seti Beta, Valgard, Hallin, Dolos, Fawcett's World, Vordan, Landreich 3 (1), Landreich 3 (2), and Dioscuri

Almost all of these are systems with some story behind them:

Aloysius was a largely uninhabited world used as a base by Kilrathi smugglers.

Freya and Hyperion are deep in Kilrathi space, a single jump away from Kilrah. Hyperion is where the T-Bomb was tested, Freya is where the Terran fleet massed during the bombing run on Kilrah.

Border Zone is the heavily mined border region that the Tiger's Claw crosses at the start of Operation Thor's Hammer. Similarly, Midgard, Jotunheim and Vigrid are all the 'Kilrathi space' systems you fly in in Secret Missions 2 (the Tiger's Claw code-names them as it goes).

Anchorage is the top secret Kilrathi shipyard where the Sivar was built.

Corsair is the system the Tiger's Claw hides from Kilrathi fleets in after Firekka, Charon was the system it retreated through.

Pisces is the uninhabited water planet Blair, Paz and Krulan are stranded on in Academy.

Seti Beta is the supernode jump point Thrakhath uses to trap the Tiger's Claw and Trafalgar.

Hallin is a Kilrathi destination mentioned in Action Stations.

Dolos is the home of the Dolosians and where Thrakhath holds the 2654 Sivar-Eshrad.

Fawcett's World is the destination of the human colony ship that was captured by the Kilrathi years before the war (in Action Stations).

Vordran is an uninhabited system with an unusual number of jump points, controlled by Ragark's forces.

Dioscuri is home to the Dioscurians, whom the Kilrathi supplied with surplus Dralthi in Academy.

The "Landreich X X" systems are simply placeholders - when we don't have a name for a system, the map simply lists the quadrant (ie, Landreich 3) and a number. These aren't what people in the Wing Commander Universe would call these systems.

Keep in mind that *all* systems theoretically have alternative Kilrathi names... including McAuliffe (Vikyah) and Earth (Nak'tara). They're simply listed on the map when they happen to be known.

Repleetah was a Teran world attacked by the Kilrathi.
