No it didn't.

Wing Commander Academy actually got the highest cable ratings for its timeslot back in 1996 -- significantly higher than any of USA's other 'childrens' programming... unfortunately, the people watching it were the 18-24 year old age group and *not* the intended younger demographic. This, coupled with USA's descision to stop producing original childrens programming got WCA cancelled after one season.
 
I don't understand why hey axed it because they hit the wrong demographic. You'd think it was a good thing since it's probably easier to make money of people who make their own money.
 
It is a shame it got canned after so few episodes, though. If I only I had been introduced to WC a year earlier, I probably would've watched it...

Back to the topic...

This cat is probably already on the list, but I'm not sure which one found "Scorpion" in SO2 when he was feeding info to Paladin and co. I think Paladin called him Admiral Rah'kri. Shocking spelling, I know, but I can't remember exactly what he said.
