Generals are moderators and are appointed by us. The only two who currently have a custom image and title are administrators. Although I believe it was said that Major Generals might be allowed to choose one too.
 
That would be very nice, at least something special that placed you "above" the other.
 
I know that generals are appointed moderators but I was confused because earlier somebody said something like "You must have the rank of general (first through all the ranks)" which confused me since that led me to think that you only made moderators out of people who had previusly accrewed the rank of Major General
