Help needed for Privateer bootdisk

Yeah, the same thing happens to me. Although it doesn't really make much of a difference, I still want it to work correctly. Johnl12, Do you or anybody else know how to fix it?

Can someone help me with the Privateer bootdisk as well?

I have the CD-ROM classics edition of the game, and I followed the instructions from the booklet to create a bootdisk, but the system tells me I still haven't got enough DOS memory available to run the game... :(

Ashman, if your CD isn't working, then maybe you should try just copying the .tre files(both Priv.tre and rf.tre about 150mb) into the privateer directory. Then change the priv.cfg and rf.cfg in notepad and changing the directories(ex. =C:\Privater\priv.tre).

Dark Knight, Even though my cdrom works in DOS, I tried your suggestion anyway and it works great, thanks.
