Fighter that you wish you could fly?

my ships to drive:
wc1: raptor
SM1: raptor
SM2: raptor
wc2: Sabre
SO1: Crossbow
SO2: Morningstar
wc3: Excalibur
wc4: Excalibur
wcp: This game sucks and I don't have a fav
SecretOps: Excalibur
Privateer: Centurion or Galaxy (it's the greatest wc ever so it's hard to pick)
Armada: Banshee
Academy: Epee/Sabre/Morningstar/Crossbow
Proving Grounds: need to play a LAN game then i'll tell ya.
Super Wing Commander: Raptor
 
My favorite ships are mostly Medium or Light fighters look at them:)
Wc1/Sm1/Sm2:Schimitar
Wc2//So1/So2/WcAcademy:Rapier II
Wc3:Hellcat V
Wc4:Hellcat VI and Bansee
WcP/So:Tigershark and Pirancha
WcArmada:Arrow
WcPrivateer/RighteousFire:Centurion
WcPrivateer2:Heretic

SO1 & 2: Not quite sure, I don't remember what I liked between these two
WC3: Thunderbolt, Sometimes the Arrow
WC4: Vindicator, Dragon/Black Lance
wcp: Wasp
SecretOps: Panther
Armada: Nothing but the Banshee
Academy: Morningstar

WC3: Thunderbolt, Hellcat on occasion

Armada: Wraith for Terrans, Goran for Kilrathi
Academy: Morningstar, Sabre (is it just me, or does their seem to be a marked improvement in the Sabre's durability in Academy, unlike it WC2, where I always had severe trouble with its less than adequate shielding?)

Prophecy - Vampire, Midway, and or the New ship for the secret operations, which I also forgot the name of.

In the games, true - til someone makes it for SO :) Reading too much fic from the aces:D

Apart from that, probably a vaktoth, though I wouldn't mind taking a Paktahn for a quick spin around the block:)
 
WC1 : Tiger's Claw

WC2: Concordia

WC3: Behemoth.... wait.... Tallahassee

WC4: Vesuvius

WCP: Midway

WC:SO : Plunkett
 
Personally, as far as WC1, my favorite ship was the Scimitar, believe it or not. Didn't handle near as bad as Iceman lets on, and with it's mass drivers at full charge, I could get behind a Jalthi or even a Gratha and chew it apart in only a couple seconds

Do you mean the Jalthi?

The Jalthi has 4 lasers and 2 neutron guns but already appears in WC1 and of course you can't fly it.
 
That's what Claw Marks says, in the game they mount 4 lasers and 2 neutron. Either a simple mistake in Claw Marks or they describe a different variant.
 
You can fly in SO the Excalibur ? I dont remember that......
But I do remember that someone said its his favorite SO ship...
