There's a prisoner exchange in WC2: SO2. The Kilrathi were trading human prisoners for Mandarin prisoners . . . or maybe the trade was just with the mandarins. Either way, it got fouled up.

Then, before the false truce was ended, the 'Cats killed all their human prisoners and slaves.

And I think the prisoner trade in SO2 was with the Mandarins directly.
