Well that sucks, but I guess you get what you pay for, eh? Now that I know I can play on DosBox I guess I'll just track down a new copy. The last time I tried dosbox it was v.60 and I couldn't get it to work right. v.63 is pretty easy and D-Fend makes it even easier. Anyway, thanks for the input!

It came from http://www.the-~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ and they have a copy of it, sans-WC3. Anyway, all the correct files are there and the game plays perfectly, the music just won't play. I was just wondering if anyone knew about this and if so, if there's a fix.

Okay. Just got installed WCKS in WinXP and everything is decent, if not exactly perfect, with one HUGE exception...I don't have any music at all. The sound effects work perfectly with both WC1 and WC2 but there's no music at all, not even a little stutter. The music was the soul of the game...

Ok, understood. And, in contrast to all the griping about the movie, I'd like to say it had some really cool elements to it. What sticks out in my mind are the jump sequences where everything freezes for a second. It's something we never got to see as Chris Blair in the WC games.
