Why won't the ship sales pitch .wav files play in any of my players or load in any of my wavefile editors? Thanks.

When I equip an Orion, everything's fine, then I look at the ship stats later and it says something about capacitors being overdrawn and that I need to downgrade shields or buy "increased capacitance" for my reactor. What's happening? This seems like a bug. But also, why isn't it corrected...
