I blew up the drone yesterday and even after hearing the Admiral's speech, I hadn't a clue that the game was over. I had about 4 million credits at the time so I decided to make some money to buy a Paradigm. I was at about 7 million credits when I took a cargo mission to XXN-1927 (taken plenty there in the past) and landed on Jolson...and they took my gun.
After that, I kept focusing on getting more money and only just now realized that I'm playing RF when I saw the fusion gun being sold.

Personally...I think a simple solution would be to rig the probability of cargo missions to Jolson appearing in Merchants Guild, Mission Computer, and fixers. Maybe make them highly lucrative as well. Hell, that's what got me to Jolson!
