Hello, welcome...Firstly, are you talking about Wing Commander (1990) as in the very first title? If so, it's definitely possible to edit the dialogue script, there was a project called Wing Commander Workshop that made the news at the CIC a few months ago, their site seems to be down at the moment but the update can be found here:

Hi ! Just for tell you... I don't find any type of tool already compiled for Win32/Win64 for use... so maybe I need to do this too... mmm, where I can find a ready tool for start to work directly ? Any other link ? Thanx for your help !
