The Iris Mk I is everyone's starting point, because everyone has to start somewhere. The Iris Mk I is a basic radar with a 5% chance per second of identifying a target.
They can be bought from any ship yard in the Gemini sector for 10,000 credits, and can be sold for 7,500 credits when undamaged. But you wouldn't want to buy one unless your old scanner is destroyed and you can't afford anything else. |
