About	Electronic Counter Measures attempt to break missile locks on missiles which are locked on to your ship. Civilian ECM devices come in three flavors in 2669. Level 1 ECM - Has a 25% chance of breaking locks - costs 5,000 credits. Level 2 ECM - Has a 50% chance of breaking locks - costs 15,000 credits. Level 3 ECM - Has a 75% chance of breaking locks - costs 30,000 credits.
