Ted Rollins was the communications officer on the TCS Victory in 2669. Going by the nickname of "Radio Rollins," he described himself as a "dogsbody." He was assigned as Christopher Blair's aide to help the Colonel get settled on the Victory.
Young, cynical and eager to please with a sharp tongue, he often speaks his mind, even to superior officers.
In 2669 he was fresh out of training and loves gossip. Since he monitors the command traffic, Blair was afraid that Rollins would leak classified information and ruin morale on the Victory. |
